I am unclear whether you are arguing for or against something here. It's an anecdote that doesn't indicate whether the project could/would have been better/worse had more folks been "koding" earlier.

I have a guess, but nothing here really says one way or the other. Are you saying 10% up-front is still "agile" or that up-front is not Agile?
